Guests exiting the park who plan to return that day must have their hand stamped when leaving the park at the exit gate. Transferring hand stamps is not permitted and is grounds for ejection without refund.
Height and weight restrictions apply on certain rides and slides. See our RIDES PAGE for more information.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theme park or water park but may be consumed in the parking lot picnic area outside the park. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Alcoholic beverages and glass bottles are not permitted anywhere on park property, including the parking lot. Small coolers with sealed bottles of water and/or juice may be brought into the park. One (1) sandwich bag of snack is permitted per guest.
Food Allergies & Special Dietary Needs: Our Food & Beverage Department makes every attempt to provide a variety of food selections that include choices without dairy, nuts or wheat gluten. Guests are encouraged to ask about allergen content, and our staff is happy to show ingredient labels (when available) upon request. Guests who need special dietary accommodations should inquire at External Guest Services.
Groups of 25 or more can arrange to bring thir own food when a reservation is made through GROUP SALES in advance. Additional fees apply.
For the comfort and convenience of our guests, smoking and vaping is only permitted in designated areas throughout the park. These areas are designated on the park map. VIEW PARK MAP.
Pets are not permitted in the park but service animals are always welcome. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Please note that emotional support, therapy, comfort and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and may not be brought into the park. Pets may not be left unattended in the parking lot or left unattended inside your vehicle. Please contact us for additional information or clarification.
Canadian currency is not accepted. Credit and Debit cards are accepted in most locations.
Fantasy Island accepts cash and most major credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express) both Online and at the park. Fantasy Island does not accept personal checks with the exception of pre-booked Group Sales events.
Occasionally, inclement weather may require rides or other attractions to temporarily close until they can be safely reopened. We do our best to keep the Park and Water Park open every day they are scheduled to be. Sometimes, however, weather conditions may require rides or other features of the Park to be closed temporarily until they can be re-opened and operated safely. Fantasy Island will offer a Return Admission Ticket if the weather causes all the following rides to close longer than 90 consecutive minutes:
- Silver Comet
- Mind Warp
- Crazy Mouse
- Gondola Wheel
- Full Tilt
- Splashaway Bay
You must present your wristband at Guest Services to receive a Return Admission Ticket. Return Admission Tickets will no longer be issued once rides resume operation. Season Passholders, who may visit on any operating day, are not eligible for a Return Admission Ticket. During inclement weather, we suggest visiting one of our indoor shows, gift shops, or restaurant locations.
You must present your wristband at Guest Relations to receive a rain check. Fantasy Island tickets are non-refundable. Season Pass holders and Guests using complimentary tickets (including bring-a-friend free tickets) are not eligible for rain checks.
Cameras, smartphones, recording devices including GoPros and other personal electronics are not permitted on our rides, attractions or in any restricted area. Videotaping is permitted during our shows as long as it is not disruptive to other guests. All personal sound devices must be used with headphones.

We recommend that minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
On some rides, it is not safe for Guests to wear sunglasses or eyeglasses unless they are held firmly in place with a glasses/sports strap (available in Fairy Tale Fortress). Other items that could fly off and injure someone - such as cell phones, cameras, music players, etc. - are prohibited on some rides unless they are securely held in a zippered or fastened pocket. (Loose items may be left at the boarding area, but neither the Park nor its employees can be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items).
Fantasy Island is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Items lost while riding should be reported to the ride operator or Guest Services located at the front of the park. We will attempt to locate and retrieve your item after the ride closes for the day. For the safety of our Guests, it is prohibited to enter any "Restricted" area, "Staff Only" area, or to hop any fence.

All Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate, family-friendly manner. Unruly, disruptive or offensive behavior, including line-jumping/line-holding, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
For health and safety reasons, Guests are required to be fully-clothed while in the Amusement Park, and must wear shirts or tops and footwear. Clothing with objectionable wording or images is not permitted.
Swimwear should not be worn outside of the Water Park, and - for safety reasons - may not be worn on attractions outside of the water park.
Swimwear must be worn inside the Water Park and must be worn on Water Park rides or in the pools. Swimwear must hot have metal rivets, buttons, buckles, snaps, zippers or other hard or sharp features that can damage the rides or injure the wearer or other guests.
Swim Shoes are permitted in the Water Park
Illegal drugs/substances, firearms, knives or weapons of any kind are not permitted on park property.
Violators of any Park policies are subject to ejection from the Park without refund.
Guests grant permission to use his/her photo and video images taken at the park to be used for advertising purposes without payment to the Guest.
It is prohibited for any guest to enter any restricted area, including ride areas or backstage areas. Items lost in a restricted area should be reported to a ride operator or Guest Services located at the front of the park. We will attempt to locate and retrieve your item after the ride closes for the day. For the safety of our Guests, it is prohibited to enter any "Restricted" area, "Staff Only" area, or to hop any fence.
Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages at the park. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on park property, including the parking lot. Alcoholic beverages purchased at the park may not leave the park proper. Fantasy Island reserves the right to refuse entry to Guests that show signs of intoxication and excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund.
Fantasy Island Single-Day Tickets, Season Passes, Play Passes, Snap-On Items, Premium Bottles & Buckets, Dining Passes, rentals, etc. are non-refundable, non-transferable, and only valid for the season(s) issued. See our Inclement Weather policy for information about our Weather Warranty.

You can bring your confirmation number along with your I.D. on the day of your visit to the Group Sales window and a Fantasy Island Team Member will print your voucher for you.
Guests can process their Season Pass at any point during their first visit of the season. To enter the park, simply present your season pass voucher (printed or mobile) to the turnstile attendant. To process, visit the Season Pass Center in Western Town to have your photo taken and your card printed.
Your Bring-a-Friend benefits are loaded directly on to your Season Pass! Bring-a-Friend tickets may only be redeemed AFTER a Season Passholders first visit. To redeem a free Bring-a-Friend ticket, you should head directly to the Front Gate turnstiles. To redeem a paid Bring-a-Friend ticket, you should stop by a ticket booth first.

From Niagara Falls U.S.A., Lewiston Queenston Bridge, Rainbow Bridge - Follow Interstate 190 South over the Grand Island Bridge to exit 19, Long Road. Stay right on Long Road and then turn right onto Grand Island Blvd., Route 324. Fantasy Island is a mile and a half on your right.
From Buffalo & Peace Bridge - Follow Interstate 190 North over the Grand Island Bridge to exit 19. After going around the traffic circle, stay on Grand Island Blvd., Route 324. Fantasy Island is two and a half miles ahead on your left.

Children under the age of three (3) do not require paid admission to enter the park.
Parking is $6.00 per vehicle. Season Passholders receive free All-Season Parking when purchasing Season Passes by a certain date and, after said date, can purchase All-Season Parking for $15 per Season Pass. Only one Season Passholder would need to have All-Season Parking per vehicle to avoid the $6 parking charge. See the tickets page for more information about Season Passes.
Please remember to lock your vehicle and secure valuable items - Fantasy Island is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. RVs and Motorcoaches are permitted in the overflow section of the lot. Overnight parking is prohibited.
A limited number of wheelchair accessible parking spots are located next to the Front Gate. We ask that Guests with mobility park in the main parking lot of the Theme Park to reserve these spaces for Guests with limited mobility.
Fantasy Island's park-wide audio does not have a paging system. We strongly recommend that guests specify a meeting place upon entering the park. If a child becomes separated from your party please alert a member of our security team.
ECV's (Electronic Convenience Vehicles a.k.a. "scooters"), wheelchairs, wagons & strollers are available to rent for a small fee:

All rentals require that a Driver's License or Photo I.D. be left until the rental is returned. Rentals are first come first served. Outside scooters, wagons and strollers are permitted in the park.
Lockers are available for rent at the Fairy Tale Fortress and in the Water Park.
An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is available during park operation at First Aid located adjacent to Rockin’ Tug. There is a satellite First Aid station in Splashaway Bay Water Park near the Wave Pool.
