FOOD SERVICE LEADERS
The right candidates will be confident, personable, and articulate. Must have cash register experience and be able to work weekends and holidays. Duties include organizing, coaching and disciplining staff, facilitating orders with customers, handling customer complaints, rotating and taking inventory on product, and keeping locations clean and organized. Compensation based on experience.

LIFEGUARDS
Must be at least 16 years old
Lifeguards monitor the activities of Guests while in or on water attractions to ensure that all appropriate Park policies and safety regulations are followed. Lifeguards provide a safe and enjoyable experience for each Guest throughout the day.

ADMISSIONS / GUEST SERVICE
Must be at least 16 years old
Admissions staff properly record sales on computers, collect payment from Guests at the point of sale, and provide correct change with a receipt. Admissions staff are responsible for providing a positive first impression with each Guest when they arrive. Admissions staff must also remain knowledgeable on ticket prices, current specials and upcoming events and utilize this information to up-sell or encourage Guests to visit again. Front Gate Team Members welcome Guests to our Park, scan tickets and Season Passes to allow entry, process Season Passes, and provide general information about the park and its layout to Guests.

EMT/CUSTOMER SERVICE/PARK SECURITY
Must be at least 18 years old
EMTs provide rapid response and care to all basic first aid and EMS needs that arise at the Park. EMTs are responsible for assessing, prioritizing, initiating care, and documenting each incident as they arise. They also communicate with Park management regarding incidents that require notification to the state or company’s workers compensation provider. They also monitor Park entrances to assist ticket handlers in assuring that only paying Guests enter the Park and that they are not bringing in prohibited items. EMTs patrol Park property, enforce policies, respond to Guest questions or concerns, aid in the search for lost children, and provide a safe and inviting environment.

FOOD ATTENDANTS / CASHIERS
Must be at least 16 years old
Food and Beverage Attendants provide excellent service to Guests while preparing and serving food in various restaurants and stands. Food Attendants/Cashiers properly record the sales of goods or services on cash registers and computers, collect payment from Guests at point of sale, and provide correct change and a receipt. Food attendants prepare and serve food according to health department standards and keep all work stations, cooking utensils and appliances clean and orderly.

CATERING STAFF 
Must be at least 16 years old
Catering Team Members assist with picnic set-up, serving and clean-up in the Catered Picnic Area. Catering Staff provide excellent service to Guests while preparing and serving food in the Catered Picnic Area. Staff prepares and serves food according to health department standards and keeps all work stations, cooking utensils and appliances clean and orderly.

GAME ATTENDANTS
Must be at least 16 years old
This position is responsible for the initial set-up of the game stand by ensuring all materials and prizes are accounted for, as well as the overall operation of the game including generating a “buzz” with crowds, instructing Guests on the rules of the game, handling cash transactions, declaring winners, and distributing prizes. Game attendants must keep all work stations clean and well organized throughout the day.

RETAIL TEAM/CASHIERS
Must be at least 16 years old
Retail Team Members provide excellent service to Guests, stock product displays and use selling techniques to recommend purchases in retail locations. Cashiers properly record the sales of goods or services on cash register computers, collect payment from Guests at point of sale, and provide correct change and a receipt.

PARK SERVICE ATTENDANTS – GROUNDS, RESTROOM ATTENDANTS
Must be at least 16 years old
Park Service Attendants are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Park by patrolling designated areas, sweeping, cleaning the restrooms, and running trash pickups along with other duties as assigned. Park Service Attendants maintain the cleanliness of park grounds and interact cordially with park Guests to enhance their overall visit. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work proactively.

RIDE OPERATORS
Must be at least 16 years old
Ride Operators are responsible for operating and attending rides for adults and/or children, reading and speaking ride safety instructions, and enforcing height requirements. Courteous Guest Relations is a top priority. Ride Operators operate various amusement rides and attractions while ensuring that all appropriate Park policies and state regulations are followed, and they maintain all safety standards and provide an enjoyable experience for each Guest throughout the day. Working in Rides is all about providing our Guests with a safe and enjoyable experience while visiting the park. No experience necessary, on-site training is provided.

MECHANICS/RIDE INSPECTORS
Must be 18 years old
Mechanics/Ride Inspectors ensure operation and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment in the park. Mechanics/Ride Inspectors will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and refurbish amusement rides and their subsystems. These individuals will ensure all rides and equipment comply with all Fantasy Island and manufacturers' operating standards and requirements. Mechanics/Ride Inspectors will perform visual and auditory inspections of rides and attractions, maintain proper records for all inspections, maintenance and repairs performed, and work in conjunction with other staff solving ride-related and facilities-related problems.
